bathroom.
The Kitchen
is compact but well designed with plenty
of storage space and fully equiped.
The Utility
Room provides space for storage
and laundry needs and leads to the downstairs
toilet/cloakroom. (Walking boots here please).
The Dining Room
opens down a few steps to the Sitting
Room on one side and on the other
side through to the Snug/TV Lounge.
Stairs rise from the
Snug to a first floor landing giving access
to two double bedrooms,
one with a dressing room and to the combined
family bathroom and toilet with an over-bath
shower.
Ample cupboard space
gives room for storing cases and clothes.
The cottage is very
warm being gas centrally heated with a
log burning fire in the
Sitting Room/ Lounge; additional heaters,
hot water bottles, extra linen and blankets
are provided for the Winter months if needed.
The sofa bed
in the Snug is for occasional use if required.
A cot and high
chair are available for small
children
