Tastefully appointed with antiques and comfortable furniture the Apartment has beautiful soft furnishings retaining the period style.

Electrical appliances include a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV/video and CD player.

Centrally heated by electric night storage heaters there are supplementary fans or convector heaters if required. A pay telephone is in the hall.

Living within the domestic community of the House and the Crescent, the accommodation is unsuitable for young or noisy children but are accepted by special request.

Children and babies are accepted, but only by prior arrangement. A cot and high chair can be requested. Sorry no dogs or smokers.

Local shopping in the nearby St. Margaret's Building will cover all your immediate needs, otherwise Waitrose in the centre of the City is a gem.

An activities pack is available for use in the apartment with lists of restaurants, concerts, theatre programmes and local happenings.
