The Royal Crescent Garden Apartment is at lower ground level opening onto a large patio and sunny upper garden.

It is accessed from the road by a communal hall through wide white front doors leading off the Crescent.

An ancient narrow staircase leads to the apartment comprising a kitchen/breakfast room, bathroom/toilet, hallway, large lounge /dining room with tasteful antique furniture and sofa beds.
