Use the map from Bakewell
Market Town.
Take the Buxton Road to Ashford-in-Water
(approximately one mile).
From the middle of Ashford-in-the-Water
take the Wardlow and
Monsal Head Road.
At Monsal Head a deep
gorge opens before you.
Take the narrow winding
road with care down into the gorge and
head for Upperdale and Cressbrook.
At the end of the gorge
the large mill cannot be missed.
Park at the rear in
the car park in spot number 26
at the back of Wye Mill.
